As we move through our lives some of us begin to notice aches and pains – either acute or on-going. The question then becomes how do I get rid of this pain or limited range of motion? I know I have seen acupuncturists and chiropractors with great success, so I often collaborate with these types of practitioners.
Yoga Therapy is a safe and effective form of treatment for so many dysfunctions in the body, mind, emotions, and breath. There is quite a lot of research showing the effectiveness of yoga therapy – with more and more coming out daily.

- SI joint dysfunction

- pelvic floor disorders
- incontinence (urinary/fecal)
- balance challenges
- low back pain (even in pregnancy)

Yoga Therapy includes breath awareness, guided movement, and asana (yoga postures). Each client receives an assessment through an interview at the first appointment and is sent home with a few things to do to address the issue.
Along with Yoga Therapy, I also offer cupping and acupressure seeds for any of the above conditions (under the supervision of a licensed acupuncturist).
