Learn techniques to build healthy relationships and healthy bodies in this workshop designed for the entire family. Incorporating yogic practices in our daily routines gives families the opportunity to share peaceful, mindful, interactions. We give our children a valuable gift by practicing with them, modeling the path of the heart. Appropriate for children who have started grade-school and older.

Experience the joy of sharing your practice with your child. We'll take a journey through the jungle, learn breathing techniques for relaxation, play games, and have a lot of fun. Appropriate for children up to grade-school age.
