Yoga
Family yoga is a fun and healthy way for you spend quality time with
your kids. Not only is it great way to introduce your children to yoga,
it's also a fun way to learn relaxation techniques, play games together
as a family, and spend time together building healthy relationships
and practices.
No
child care to arrange, no worrying about how your kids are treated while
you're practicing yoga. Bring them along and share your practice with
them!
Postnatal
Yoga
Postnatal Yoga is divided into two classes: Postnatal Yoga for Moms
and Infants and Postnatal Yoga for Moms and Crawlers/Walkers.
Postnatal
Yoga for Moms and Infants
This
is a great way to support Mom's body in recovery after birth. It's
also a great way to bond with the baby in a safe environment. In Postnatal
Yoga classes, postures, breathing techniques, and meditation offer
a practice that supports healing, relaxation, and toning. These classes
include yoga for both moms and babies. There is no child care to arrange,
no worrying about how your kids are treated while you're practicing
yoga. Bring them along and share your practice with them!
Postnatal
Yoga for Moms and Crawlers/Walkers
Moms
(as well as caregivers) and crawlers/walkers are welcome in this class.
Moms practice yoga with breaks of songs and movement for the babies
incorporated throughout.

Yoga
Yoga is for everyone and kids love yoga! They are natural yoginis and
yogis. Our children's yoga classes are full of movement and creative
expressions. In the classes we develop focus, build relationships, encourage
creativity and have fun!

Children
12 and older classes are physically and emotionally capable of attending
adult classes.
Classes
for families, adults, and children will be offered in the Austin and
Dripping Springs area. If you can't get everyone to the studio at the
same time or if you live too far away, how about a private session for
your family? Regular classes once-a-week classes can be arranged for
